All orders delivered within the state of California are subject to applicable California sales tax at 7.25%. For all deliveries outside the state of California, you are solely responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in the state of delivery.
Shipping
By choosing a shipping method, you are asking “Stagecoach Liquor” to use a third party transporter to deliver your order to you. “Stagecoach Liquor” makes no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. The site lists those states to which the third party carriers will not deliver alcohol. Third party transporters do not provide insurance for alcohol delivery. Therefore, you agree to hold “Stagecoach Liquor” harmless for any damage and/or breakage that may arise in the transport of the products that have been purchased.

- All shipping times are business days, Monday – Friday.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes APO or Internationally.Most items in stock will ship by next business day.

- Stagecoachliquor.com can only ship its products within the United States. We do not ship to the following states: AL, DE, KY, MS, NJ, RI, SD, UT, VT,HI, AK
Notice: Due to fraud once an order is shipped you as the purchaser will not be able to re-route shipment or have held at a FedEx facility. This is to ensure the package reaches the cardholders billing address. If at checkout your shipping address differs from your billing address we may contact you for proof of identification.
Limited time flat rate shipping- We reserve the right to withdraw the discount at any time. GSO shipping to CA OR WA AZ NV ID MT where available. ($100 minimum before tax & shipping) FedEx rest of Continental United States where available. ($200 minimum before tax & shipping)
You will have the option in the cart once the criteria is met.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipper will make three attempts to deliver before returning products to Stagecoach Liquor. The products will be refunded, however, returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, $5.00 return shipping fee and freight. We regret shipping charges are not refundable.
Should any products be damaged during shipping, please contact us by email ([email protected]) so we may pursue a claim with the shipping company. Please note that damaged products must be returned to us to receive refund.

Special Orders
Any product marked “special order item” is an item we may not have currently in stock but can easily be sourced. If we cannot source the item in the specified time on the product page we will refund you 100% of the purchase and shipping of that particular item. If there are other items on your order that are in stock and ready to ship we will adjust the price accordingly and refund the card used for purchase. If we find out that the particular item may take a little longer to source than expected we will email you with the approximate shipping date or the option of cancelling the item. After you receive a shipping confirmation an order can no longer be cancelled.
